SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) Rapid Re-Housing and Homeless Prevention
- Short-term housing support
- Transition to stable housing
- On a limited basis, shallow subsidy assistance.
- Our SSVF program covers the State of Utah (except Salt Lake County) and South Eastern Idaho.
SSVF is a VA funded program.
GPD (Grant and Per Diem) Transitional Housing
- On-premises transitional housing
- Individual Treatment plan and Case management
- Community and life skill learning opportunities
- No Credit or Background checks required for service
- Eligible veterans must have at least 1 day of active duty and discharge status other than dishonorable.
All transitional housing units are located in Ogden.
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
- On-premises supportive housing
- Limited Availability
- Individual Treatment plan and Case management
- Clinical Treatment Options
All supportive housing units are located in Ogden.
